Social Lock is a mobile application designed to assist teenage students in reducing social media usage and setting time limits during the day to enhance productivity and minimize distractions.
Social Lock provides a straightforward one-click locking and unlocking system that enables you to quickly limit access to social networking apps by setting a time restriction of your preference. After the set time limit expires, you regain instant access to all social apps. By preventing distractions from social media alerts and temptations, Social Lock helps you concentrate on essential tasks. This tool helps in managing technology usage, reducing phone addiction, enhancing self-discipline, and boosting productivity and well-being among teenage students.
Alternative Platform Device
Social Lock also features alternative devices such as an Apple Watch, without having to use your phone you can sync with all connected devices quickly and easily with a single tap to lock directly from your apple watch.
I developed this mobile app concept using Figma and InVision. I worked as the solo UX/UI Designer on this project managing it end-to-end.
